I don't make New Years Resolutions per say but a new year always fills me with excitement and hope. I like to think that each night before I go to bed I'll be able to reflect on at least one good thing I did and at least one new thing I learned. That's progress to me, because those things build up over time.

Mine this year is simply to live a more healthy lifestyle. I've been kind of a failure at it so far. Today, after two weeks of flu, I'm getting back into the swing. More whole foods, more activity, better attitude.
